The first round of the KZN Super Sprint Series will see the return of single-seater racing after a couple of years, with Super Vee South Africa taking to the track.
Date: Saturday, 7 March
Location: Dezzi Raceway, Oslo Beach – KZN South Coast (only an hour from Durban)
Set along the scenic KZN South Coast, Dezzi Raceway is a 2.5-kilometre circuit boasting 13 corners, dramatic elevation changes, and a breathtaking seaside backdrop. The event will feature the 3 Seven Super Sprint format, offering three adrenaline-fueled races per class and an incredible variety of categories, including:
• 150cc & Super Production Motorcycles
• Historic Cars
• PSA Modified Cars
• Motard Motorcycles
• Super GT & Sports Cars
• Sub-500cc & Formula Xtreme Motorcycles
The day will conclude with the first round of the inaugural Backdraft Endurance Series – the Dezzi 3 Hour.
Relax and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, with plenty of space around the circuit. Bring your own gas braai or picnic basket or sample delicious food from a variety of vendors offering curry, burgers, pancakes, coffee, and more, while soaking in the non-stop on-track action.
