Round 2 of the Northern Regions Rotax Kart Championships is set to take place on 20 April at the Vereeniging Kart Circuit in Vereeniging. Among the talented racers to watch out for is Micro MAX rookie Luhan de Wet, who is no stranger to the winner’s circle, having claimed the 2023 National Cadet Championship.

As the second round of the Northern Regions Rotax Kart Championships approaches, the stakes are high. This round is about crowning a Northern Regions Champion and a crucial scoring round towards the South African Rotax Max Challenge (SARMC), the pinnacle of kart racing in the nation. With an impressive track record this season, Luhan is poised to give the competition a run for their money.

Saturday commences with a Warm-Up Session ahead of Qualifying before three race heats conclude the day’s action. Spectators are welcome, and entry is free of charge. A cafeteria and a fully licensed bar are available.
