MSA is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of longtime rallying stalwart Willie du Plessis following a long illness, bravely borne.
Willie was a major contributor to South African, and African, rallying for decades. He was perhaps best known as the main organizer and clerk of the course for the ever-popular Sasol Rally. Willie was a titan of rallying and his passing represents a huge loss to both the sport and all who knew him.
