The Eastern Cape’s Aashay Nagura will be aiming to finish his breakthrough season on a high as the 2025 MSA National ROK Cup Championship draws to a close this weekend at Red Star Raceway in Delmas.
Having switched to the OK-Junior class after the season opener, the Kokoro Racing Academy driver quickly established himself as a front-runner. Consistency has been his calling card, with regular top-four finishes and two podiums already under his belt. Now, with the curtain coming down on the national season, he has his sights set on a career milestone, a maiden race win in the fiercely competitive OK-Junior category.
Red Star is familiar territory for Aashay, the same circuit where his 2025 campaign began. Returning with greater pace, sharper racecraft, and the confidence built from his national podiums, he will be looking to challenge for victory against the established front-runners.
Supported by The Bronscor Group, Sparco South Africa, INGCO South Africa, and Score Immune Booster, Aashay enters the final round determined to cap off his season in style. A win would not only reward his hard work and steady progression but also underline his status as one of South Africa’s brightest young karting prospects.
