MSA urges event organisers, competitors and race officials to acquaint themselves with the MSA Safeguarding Policy.

The adoption of such a policy is obligatory for all recognised sporting bodies in South Africa under the auspices of the South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee (SASCOC) and the Department of Sports, Arts and Culture (DSAC). It serves as a vital tool in ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals engaged in motorsport, providing clear protocols and guidelines to address instances of abuse or bullying concerning vulnerable individuals or groups.
