For more than a decade, Squadra Corse has earned a reputation for being a team that constantly strives for perfection, both on and off the track. Our passion for racing, our commitment to innovation, and our unwavering dedication to our fans have been the driving forces behind our success. As we look ahead, we remain steadfast in our pursuit of (To me I am thinking for) greatness, but we also recognize (recognise) the need to evolve and adapt in an ever-changing world.
Here are the key pillars of our business strategy moving forward:
- Sustainability; The world is changing, and so is our approach to motorsport. We are committed to promoting sustainability in racing. We therefore moving in a different direction as from 1.1.2024. We no longer will be involved in your traditional karting championships in South Africa for now but quintessentially we will be focusing on development racing and a few special projects.
- Fan Engagement and Experience: You, our fans, are the lifeblood of Squadra Corse. We will continue to prioritize fan engagement and experience. Our current racing patrons will enjoy interacting with new company Kart Republic Africa (KRA) for participation in the Rotax and ROK series for 2024. We also excited to see KRA go retail with its special karting product “The Kart Republic” range of go karts.
- Technology and Innovation: Innovation has always been at the core of Squadra Corse’s success. We will invest in cutting-edge technology to enhance our performances in key areas such as development, while also seeking innovative ways to improve the fan experience and the overall motorsport industry, and we achieving this through KRA and its village empowerment program.
- Diversity and Inclusion: We are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within our team and the motorsport community as a whole. Our goal is to create a more inclusive environment where talent can flourish regardless of gender, race, or background.
- Community and Social Responsibility: Squadra Corse recognises the importance of giving back to the community. We will continue to support charitable causes and engage in social responsibility initiatives to make a positive impact beyond the racetrack.
