Dunlop Tyres will look back at the past weekend’s annual Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit Festival of Motoring as a significant success. Not only did Dunlop’s Sport Maxx tyres star on track, Grandtrek on the dirt, but it’s trackside activities delighted guys and girls of all ages too.

Visitors had the chance to ride along at the most extreme angles and off road conditions aboard Dunlop Grandtrek-shod Toyota Hiluxes and Mitsubishi Pajero Sports as part of the Festival’s 4×4 Experience. Not too far away, those fortunate enough to get out on track in Dunlop SportMaxx 060+ shod Subaru Impreza WRXs, MasterDrive Mustangs and a fleet of Suzukis were treated to the thrill of on the limit driving around the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit.

At the other end of the Dunlop Tyre spectrum, Dunlop SportMaxx tyres are meanwhile Ideal for that supercar or super saloon focussed on ultimate street and road performance. Showgoers were thrilled to be treated to both ranges in their natural habitat.

Dunlop’s complete range of SportMaxx, Grandtrek and the rest of its tyre range, including specialised and competition rubber, were on display, along with demonstrations around Dunlop Sure’s free tyre cover. That includes everything from Product Life and Mileage Warranties to All Road Hazard Tyre Insurance.

Dunlop’s Festival of Motoring activities however spread far further than just the dirt and circuit rides and tyre demos. The Dunlop hospitality area kept kids and adults alike entertained with multiple fun activities from slot car races to driving simulator competitions with great prizes for those who excelled at it. There were kiddies areas to colour in and win kids prizes and a general buzz of fun and enjoyment throughout the three days to once again make Dunlop’s Festival of Motoring an unforgettable experience.
