This weekend, Diego Antunes aims to secure a spot on the Kid ROK podium as he competes in the third round of the MSA Northern Regions ROK Karting Championship at the Formula-K Kart Circuit.

Antunes is determined to secure a podium where he hopes to exceed his current season-best of fourth place. Currently, in fifth place in the championship standings, he is only three points away from third position. As in the previous round, the driver supported by TrevPar World will compete on the 1570 metre anti-clockwise layout of the Benoni circuit.

“I have had multiple fourth-place finishes and am determined to improve my performance and make it to the podium on Saturday evening. Although I have struggled with this in the past, I am confident that with two previous races at the same circuit and thorough preparation with my team, we can achieve our goal. We are eagerly anticipating the weekend’s racing,” stated Antunes.

Antunes thanks TrevPar World, Cars.co.za and the NBR Karting Team.

Qualifying starts at 09:14, with three race heats to follow at 10:59, 13:38 and 15:56, respectively. All heats will be eight laps.
