The FIA has launched its first official Rally Esports competition on Assetto Corsa Rally, with the Grand Final set to take place live at the FIA Awards in Shanghai this December.
From 12 to 25 May, competitors from around the world will battle through the online qualifier stage for a place in the regional shootouts. Only 56 drivers will advance, with eight drivers representing each participating region, including Africa.
Regional knockout events will then take place across the globe, leading to the FIA Esports Global Rally Tour Finals during FIA Awards Week in Shanghai.
The top two drivers will go head-to-head live on stage at the FIA Awards Ceremony on 12 December 2026.
Please note that all entrants are required to hold a valid ASN Esports Licence in order to participate.
