ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The FIA Girls on Track Rising Stars initiative is a global talent development programme dedicated to identifying and nurturing young female drivers with exceptional potential. Participants will experience world-class training camps, educational sessions, and on-track evaluations. The programme provides mentorship and a clear pathway toward a professional career in motorsport.
The 2025 edition will focus exclusively on karting, giving promising young drivers at the grassroots level a chance to progress through the FIA’s structured development pathway.
ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must:
Be born between 23 November 2011 and 31 March 2014
Have achieved strong results in national or international karting competitions
Be able to communicate effectively in English
HOW TO APPLY
Applications must be submitted by midnight on 7 November 2025.
