Motorsport South Africa is proud to share that all MSA National and Regional Karting Championship results are now officially recognised within the FIA International Karting Ranking (IKR) system.
This means that every event a karting competitor enters will earn them points towards their IKR standing. The system has been developed by the FIA to recognise consistent and outstanding performances at national and regional level, providing meaningful international exposure even for drivers who have not yet competed abroad.
This global recognition not only elevates the profile of South African karting but also gives local drivers the opportunity to build a footprint in the international karting landscape.
