MSA is serious about Sustainability in our sport and we would like to recognise members, organisers, competitors and individuals who have made a meaningful contribution to environmental awareness and protection in motorsport during the 2025 calendar year. This award highlights real, practical efforts that will keep our sport thriving for the long term.

Who can be nominated
Anyone in the MSA community who has delivered measurable environmental benefits. Think paddock initiatives, event waste reductions, smarter energy use, habitat protection or strong education and outreach.

How judging works
An independent panel will assess nominations and select the winner. Submissions should include photographs or other supporting evidence, along with a clear summary of the nominee’s work and impact.

What to include in your nomination
Please address as many of the following as possible:

  • Benefits and outcomes: Which environmental receptors did you address, and how did the project benefit the motorsport community.
  • Solutions and mitigation: What solution did the nominee design or implement to meet the identified needs.
  • Sustainability: Did the project create real awareness and could it be applied more widely among motorsport stakeholders.
  • Communication and outreach: Which stakeholders were engaged and how many people were reached or benefited.
  • Innovation and guidance: Does the project set an example others can follow and is it likely to influence public perceptions.

Award presentation
The winner will be honoured at the MSA Awards Ceremony, where their contribution will be celebrated.
