The GB 4 Championship returns to Snetterton this weekend (25 and 26 June) for rounds 13, 14 and 15, and Jarrod Waberski is hoping to repeat and improve on his opening round success.
Jarrod was very quick at Snetterton in April, putting himself onto third on the grid and taking a podium finish in heat two.
The young South African has kicked off the weekend on a positive note, placing in the top three throughout Thursday’s practice sessions. If he can maintain this momentum, he will be in for a good set of results.
“My teammate and I are both very quick around Snetterton and I think we have a good chance of taking a race win for Kevin Mills Racing. I have really enjoyed my GB4 experience and will be doing my best to get onto the top step of the podium again this weekend,” commented Jarrod
Jarrod continues to impress in the UK and finds himself lying fourth in the championship standings. An exceptional achievement considering this is the DAW Racing driver’s International debut season.
“I have received such amazing support not only from my friends and family, but from so many South African motorsport fans. It has been a truly humbling experience and I am grateful for this opportunity,” he expressed.
Qualifying and race one will take place on Saturday (25 June), with the remaining two races taking place on Sunday. All three races will be streamed lived on the GB4 Championship Facebook Page.
