With South Africa entering a 3rd wave of the coronavirus, it is more important than ever for all those attending motorsport events to comply with the basic requirements of mask wearing, hand cleanliness and physical distancing to protect themselves and others.
In his address to the nation last night, the President reminded the country that it is a criminal offence not to wear a mask in public and this applies equally at motorsport events. MSA therefore once again implores the motorsport community to comply with the mask wearing requirement at all times when attending motorsport events to help prevent any potential second shutdown of the sport due to rising Covid infections.
